1. Quotation and Payment Schedule


To make life easier for you, after making initial contact with us we will then provide you with a document that outlines your proposed project, all inclusions within the parameters of the project, a quote for the work to be carried out and our terms & conditions. 



2. The Design Brief


Yay! .. this means you have made the decision to choose Style Me Gorgeous for your Graphic Design needs. Thanks! The next part of the process is all about figuring out the finer points of your project. Once we receive your 25% deposit, you will receive a design brief word document. This is an important part of the design process to ensure we are both on the same page with your design needs. We ask that you complete the answers in the word document and email it back to us. This document assists us in understanding all elements of your business, your vision, customers, competitors, design and style likes and dislikes etc. 



3. Presentation of Concepts and Revisions

Your initial design concepts will be presented to you within 2 to 5 working days, unless otherwise specified.  At this stage of the process it’s important to take your time and provide as much feedback about the initial design as possible. Feedback is crucial part of the design process, we want you to be excited about your design and the more feedback you can provide us the better. Concepts and revisions are emailed in png format for your perusal.



4. Supply of Final Files

Once you are completely satisfied with your design, and payment of the final invoice is complete we will then provide you with your final files (file types you will receive are outlined  here). If you require any extra files or would like to purchase additional concepts please don’t hesitate to ask.
