How do I place my order / book in ?

Simply complete our online contact form here and we will respond to your enquiry within 24 hours.


Do you require a deposit ?

Once you have made the decision to use Style Me Gorgeous for your design project we require a 25% non refundable Project Booking Fee to secure your place, followed by a 25% Project Commencement Feedue 2 weeks prior to start date, with the remainder due once you have signed off on the project.


Why should I get my logo professionally designed / is it worth the money?

A professionally designed logo is a critical first step in building your brand and marketing your business. It provides a lasting impression and will help differentiate your business from the competition. Customers trust strong brands, and to build a strong brand you need to convey a consistent message to your customers in all forms of communication with them. This is successfully achieved by using a professional designer to create quality graphics for your website, logo, stationery, packaging and associated marketing collateral.  

 

Is it worth the money? Well we think so, the internet is saturated with free or cheap online logo makers. These logos are often sold over and over again, so ultimately hundreds of other businesses may end up with the same logo as you.




What final logo files will I receive ?

You will receive the following logo files in a zip folder;

- .eps vector file for professional printing
- High resolution PDF for professional printing
- High resolution .jpeg
- Screen resolution .png
- Screen resolution transparent .gif
- PDF specs file containing the CMYK colour breakdowns and fonts of your logo


How much will I be involved in the project ?

You can be involved in the project as much or little as you wish. However, as outlined in our Design Process, your input is crucial to the end product in terms of providing us with feedback on initial design concepts. Of course you are always welcome to suggest your own ideas and we can work through these together


What if I don't know what I want or like ?

Not to worry! … Often this is the case, and that’s why we are here. In the design brief we will ask you few thought provoking questions about your thoughts and ideas to give us some idea of your kind of style. We will happily work through it with you to find the perfect design solution.


Do you do design work for international customers ?

Absolutely! We work in an online world, there is no need for us to be in any sort of proximity for us to be a good fit for you or your business! Payment is accepted via Paypal for international customers.



What are your payment options ?

For our Australian clients we prefer direct deposit. Cheques are accepted with prior approval.

Our International clients are required to pay via Paypal.




How long will the design project take to complete ?

This varies from job to job, however you will be provided with an estimate of turnaround in your quote document. It is important to understand that any delay in receiving the brief, text or images, etc. from you and any changes to the complexity or scope of the overall project will change the estimated completion date. We will always keep you updated along the way to ensure that the design process flows as quickly and smoothly as possible
